As spring gradually blossoms into summer, we have been enjoying warmer (sometimes stormy) weather, emerald green landscapes, and a rising boom of activity here at Timber Rock!  Homes and lots are being sold, construction is ongoing, and our development is flourishing—blooming into the incredible community that we have always dreamed it would be.​

We now have:

 

  • 7 homes available for purchase, with 3 being move-in ready.

  • 20+ homes under construction.
  • 15 pending build jobs under contract.
  • 18 homes sold (two closed within the last two weeks).
  • 15+ resident-occupied homes

In addition, we have made lots of recent progress on our amenity package, including our state-of-the-art Amenity Center clubhouse and pool (set to open this summer), community trails, and more!  Continue reading for more details on our amenity construction progress.​

During the week of May 11th, we began the reopening process in accordance with Johnson County’s and the Kansas City Regional Association of Realtors (KCRAR)’s COVID-19 guidelines for businesses.  (Click here to read the guidelines.)  Presently, our four model homes and our sales office will be open every day during our normal business hours, from 11 am to 5 pm (12 pm to 5 pm on Sundays).​

For everyone’s safety and peace of mind, we strongly recommend that visitors wear face coverings and practice social distancing while touring our Timber Rock Model Row.  As an extra precaution, we also encourage that interested parties view the Matterport virtual tours of our available homes and floorplans before visiting in person.​

AMENITY CONSTRUCTION PROGRESS

 

On a more exciting note, we are on track to officially unveil our resort-style Amenity Center this summer!  Designed with our residents in mind, our Timber Rock Amenity Center will feature a(n):

 

  • Innovative, multi-functional clubhouse with indoor water fountains, fireplaces, a large door that opens into the screened-in lanai, and more.
  • Covered outdoor dining and living area.
  • Swimming pool with a waterfall.
  • Half basketball court that doubles as dual pickleball courts.
  • Kids’ play structure.

Once determined, the official opening date will be announced on our various social media pages, including Facebook and Instagram!​

 

We are also eagerly looking forward to finishing Timber Rock’s paved recreational trails system!  These walking trails will provide residents with scenic views and easy access to the Amenity Center and other parts of the community as well as access to neighboring city trails, including Black Hoof Park and Mill Creek Streamway Park trails systems.
